Carisma Cleaners – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Carisma Cleaners! By using our services (including cleaning, handyman, painting, and move-in/move-out services), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking with us.
1. Services Provided Carisma Cleaners offers residential cleaning, handyman services, move-in/move-out cleaning, and painting services. We tailor each job based on the client’s needs as communicated during booking. Scope of service must be agreed upon in advance.
2. Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or our website.
You must provide accurate and complete information about the property and desired services.
Access to the property must be available at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the premises, a fee may apply.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of [insert fee, e.g., $60].
Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.
We accept [cash, debit cards, bank transfers, etc.].
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.
Recurring services are subject to periodic review and pricing adjustments based on changes in service needs, scope, or frequency. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
Late payments may result in additional fees or suspended service.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with any part of our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concern or offer a return visit at no additional charge.
6. Client Responsibilities
Please secure valuables, fragile items, pets, and provide clear access to areas to be serviced.
For handyman or painting services, we may require that furniture be moved or areas cleared in advance.
7. Liability & Damages
We treat your property with the utmost care. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team, please report it within 24 hours.
Carisma Cleaners is fully insured, but not liable for pre-existing damages, poorly installed fixtures, or items not secured properly.
We are not responsible for the natural wear and tear of surfaces or finishes.
8. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:
The environment is unsafe or unsanitary beyond what was disclosed at booking.
There is harassment, threats, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff.
Payment terms are not honored.
9. Privacy We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Changes to Terms Carisma Cleaners reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the effective date.
